3450 Dufferin is one of several residential projects that Straw Construction Group is undertaking with Fitzrovia Real Estate.

This three-tower jobsite was executed using three flat-top cranes, and each building stands over 20 stories high, boasting distinctive amenities. Notably, features include a level 2 mezzanine with an outdoor basketball court and swimming pool.
